All intellectual property developed during the course of our engagement, including source code, design architecture, and documentation, remains subject to the terms agreed upon in the individual Statement of Work (SOW) between TONASI and the Client.
3. Payments and Retainers
Project milestones and payment schedules are established prior to project commencement. Payments are due within the agreed timeframe to ensure uninterrupted development progress.

We treat your data and business processes with the highest level of security. Confidential information shared with TONASI will be handled in accordance with professional engineering standards and strict privacy protocols.
